Why don't you just earn the $1,500? I was literally in the exact same spot you were (barely any money, broke college student on gap year) like less than a month ago. I invested about a few hundred bucks into Steemit and some of my time almost on a daily basis, and now my account's value is approaching $2,000. If you REALLY needed the money, you would be posting a job listing here or something creative instead of a beggar's post.
