A place that not depends on words as much?

A kind of difference like simple google vs image search
google image search sucks. As you cant put certain toughts to words. Try to think of something surreal. VERY surreal, and find an image that goes with that.

how can you ever find that?

And this twitter-ish interface it's limited to say the least.
It would be cool to have something simple to use as this, but less limited.
google sites is also very limited , twitter-ish interface, yet it allows people personalise things a bit more..

I would like to be able to break free from this one size fit's all approach.

I see options, and in a way i see there are ways to use different sites together, yet the glue is still missing.

But steemit is fresh and new, so there is lots of room for things like this.
