Craig Wright, who admitted to being the creator of bitcoin, is being accused by Dave Kleiman's family of having committed $ 5 billion worth of fraud in crypto-coins. In the process, the family asks for another five billion.
In 2016, Craig Wright publicly announced being the creator of bitcoin, having used a pseudonym: Satoshi Nakamoto.
Now, Wright is being charged with committing fraud with cryptocurrency worth five billion dollars.
Wright allegedly had a scheme in which he used contracts and false signatures to claim bitcoin from colleague Dave Kleiman, who died in 2013.
In addition, the family also considers that it should be the owner of rights over more than one million bitcoin and blockchain technology that was developed by Dave Kleiman during his life. The family believes that these assets exceed the five-billion-dollar mark.
In the suit filed by Dave Kleiman's family, it is further alleged that the entrepreneur violated his duty to Kleiman, having enriched unjustifiably and at the expense of his colleague.
Also in the lawsuit, Wright and Kleiman formed W & K Info Defense Research, in 2011, a company that was focused on cybersecurity. Previously, the two had already worked together on the development of bitcoin and many mining operations.
