The Russian Ministry of Finance is drafting a bill to legalize cryptocurrency trading at approved exchanges. The ministry is already preparing a list of approved trading platforms.
Some Exchanges Will be Legalized
The Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev told correspondents that his service "bolsters the legitimization of exchange digital forms of money on official trades," RNS wrote about Thursday.
"We would prefer not to confine and control, yet we will set a few points of confinement," he underscored, including that "nothing will happen" to those as of now have digital forms of money, the distribution passed on. The representative clergyman was additionally cited saying:
This is about the way that purchasing and offering [of cryptocurrencies] will be by one means or another institutionalized. The general thought is that it will be important to purchase and offer on official trades, as it will be announced, it will be sanctioned.
