Binance is definitely blazing a trail in the crypto space. Through their two recent trials, the first being difficulty in upgrading their infrastructure that took several days longer than expected (thereby leaving traders without access to their accounts) and the second being the attempted hack, Binance was open and communicative with its customers.

Their Twitter feed was constantly updated with progress on the outage, at the end of which all systems were operating normally.

After the attempted hack, they took the admirable position of not just tooting their own horn in having blocked the hack, but went further in offering a substantial reward for information leading to the hackers. Their stated reason is that it's not enough to stop hackers from stealing, but we all must be proactive in order to prevent it if we are to continue to build a safe crypto enivornment going forward.

Binance definitely gets my vote as far as exchanges go.
