According to the Ohio Department of Justices, federal prosecutors are seeking the forfeiture of more than 500 Bitcoin, seized during the investigation of a group producing fake identity documents, according to the Ohio Department of Justices.

The group being referred to were producing and transferring fake driver’s licenses and ID cards from different states across the United States of America.

On top of BTC, the counterfeit group also had more than $8,000 in cash, gold and silver coins/bars worth over $265,000. This is all up for grabs for the government, very interesting that the government is interested in confiscating bitcoin.
