I would say TODAY would be a good time to buy into Litecoin and EOS. IOTA might not even be too late to invest into. What do you own so far?
For wallets I like Jaxx. You can use it on your browser, desktop app, and cell phone. It doesn't store all coins but it stores a lot of the known ones.
