It was feeling a little bitconnecty but as i read through it I was starting to be more intrigued with the system.
I only had a quick read but the tech it employs from what I gather is aiming to be like some sort of AI system/bot that learns and basically predicts human shopping behaviour. I know there has been a lot of research into advancement in this territory given the obvious commercial benefit and the idea is not new.
Basically like how cookies record the stuff you do online and then hit you up with advertisements for whatever you into.
Seems like this wants to be like cookies on steroids! A much more advanced version.
I can see why you are rolling the dice on it and it'd probably be a fun little thing to gamble on.
I am not totally ruling out having a little experiment as I just like to spread money over heaps of different schemes/systems like USI Tech for example but Dude, Big Red Flag at the bottom of their FAQ's:
They write:
"If this is a real company then why are you anonymous?"
"We would love to show you the business behind Monetize Coin, we are very proud of our technology and what we have achieved, while we believe it is a legitimate and fascinating way for a company to raise money from investors the world over, the legality of the ICO funding model is still untested. The Monetize Team feel that cryptocurrencies should remain anonymous and free from the regulation of any one central government."
That does sound dodgy as and is a very flimsy excuse to offer up especially when you are wanting people to invest money in you.
Put your name to your Project and own it if you are legit.
