Does anyone know how long it takes to have the BTC available once deposited in to Bitterx?

I made a bitcoin deposit over 10 hours ago, to trade some steem & ethereum. All I can see is "Pending Deposit" and the deposit isn't being confirmed.

Anyone else have this problem or have any answers?
