This time it was Chinese billionaire Zhao Dong.

Among Zhao Dong’s comments:
It will remain crypto winter in 2019 but now is the time to stock up and hodl.
He suggested the people that have left crypto won’t come back until the price returns to the tens of thousands.
He said it’s best to hold as much as possible when nobody cares.
While 2019 remains crypto winter, Dong sees 2020 as springs and 2021 as summer.
He predicts a bitcoin price of $50,000 by 2021.
