Here is NEO, if the abc (red) is complete, then the wave i,ii placements should mean that higher highs are on the menu! My alternate count is that c (red) is not yet done and could extend lower to $35 or so. But given the Altcoin tide has is lifting, the bullish scenario takes the primary count spot.
