Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.
Bollinger Bands show we are below the moving average ($3,830). High ranges at $3,860 and low ranges at $3,800.
Stochastic RSI indicates oversold conditions (12).
MACD shows we are just above the Zero Line and falling. The histogram is slightly negative with relatively low volumes.
Price Targets:
Entry $3,500- $3,800
Exit $3,850- $4,200
The market has seemingly stalled around the $130B market cap point. The true believers are slowly accumulating while the market has bottomed out.
Other retail investors are slowly licking their chops waiting for a steeper drop as predicted by SOME technical analysts.
I, on the other hand, know better and refuse to just stand on the sidelines. I always dollar cost average and hold a core portfolio regardless of market conditions. Bitcoin WILL rebound sooner or later it's just a matter of time.
