When BTC started you could get even 5 BTC from faucets, just by filling some captcha. I remember myself getting 1,5 BTC per Gmail address on the very first faucet made by Gavin Andressen.

Keep in mind those 5 bitcoin were worth nothing back then same as now you never know when you buy some crypto. Ie EXCL was 500 satoshi (and is not around this) but in 2017 ATH pump got to 60 000 satoshi.
To be clear - i do NOT suggest faucets as a way to make money.
