Unlike BTC needing 95% (which is pretty impossible) LTC needs just 75% to get SegWit fork.
It just passed this amount because BW chinese pool joined the party.
To be clear we just passed it but not by count of enough last blocks.
Also even after that the 75% above has to stay for 2 weeks as an average.
2 weeks is a famous phrase in LTC since everything there was supposed to be 2 weeks ;))
