Lately i got aware of a cool exchange thats based in Vietnam and has loads of pairs. I did test it and it does withdrawal and deposit fine. Its on no documents cryptocurrency exchanges list and works amazing.

They have many pairs and no documents needed to trade but if you want to use VND aka vietnamese dong you have to add documents. That is normal with FIAT currencies.
