I had an OTP issue on this exchange and sent a few tickets to resolve the problem but there's no answer for 15 days. I looked into some other users' cases and it turned out that no one got any response since the first week of June except for one person. This "lucky guy" who got an answer from Yunbi after "7 weeks" said the answer was "You need to wait more"
OMG. What can I do? Dose anyone has the same problem?
