The Automobile is a trend leader
Crypto enthusiasts are credited with a love for Lambo's, this is a trend they started and still perpetuate. It is clear as the opening of Consensus as:
"Lambos Take Over Manhattan as the Consensus 2018 Crypto Conference Begins
Lamborghinis are roaring through Manhattan at the start of Consensus 2018, the mega conference on blockchain and cryptocurrency." - RICARDO ESTEVES | MAY 15, 2018 | 2:00 PM
Photos of the pricey cars that have come to symbolize the growth of cryptocurrency are spreading on Twitter.
But there is more to this story
It is far more than just Blockchain Enthusiasts using Lambos to show off their wealth Bitcoin and the Cryptoshere's possibilities. Since their inseption the automobiles have been the landmark for advancing technology (even though minor), since we were all children.
Each year the public would eagerly await the new models, new features, the new luxuries and safety advances. Porsche, Volkswagen and Tesla are working to integrate Blockchain into their new models... this so far is for constant engine and systems checks, but the rumor that crypto wallets are also coming. This would be an automatic payment for gas (electricity charges), maintenance, insurances, etc. The concept for insurance is that the wallet would automatically pay for the liability and collision insurance only when in use, saving the drivers a lot of money.
The new Lambo replacement
Tesla will be releasing the new Lambo Killer... (yes a play on the ETH killer statement), in 2020
