The advertising is done internally, within the site. The people buying the ads are the same people that earn from other ads within the site. It's not creating anything new, not selling anything to external parties. It's a pyramid scheme, people have to buy ads and then click ads but you're not selling a product at all that makes a long term profit. This site will be closed within a year or two when others notice they're not really earning anything.
