It isn't. It isn't a miracle as it is natures way. Even small mice and large elephants give birth, it isn't any more miracle.
Then you have the dubious outcome of the birth. The child might get injured, lack of oxygen, brain damaged or even die during the process and this happens even if everything else is just perfect, perfectly positioned, clean room, full of qualified people and still something horrible can happen.
A miracle would be if the baby would just appear without all that process, like being transported from the womb right next to the mother.
I have been through two successful births and believe me, even though I am the guy and my job is mostly to not be in the way, I am just the person that does not have to be there and is interrupting everyone with questions.
Believe me when I say, there is absolutely nothing miraculous with birth. Even though I have never been happier, like ever, than in those two births, they are disgusting. There is blood and slime everywhere, your wife is in the greatest pain of her life, she is being torn apart from inside. If you think I am describing the scene from Aliens
Then you are partly correct, and it is even more disgusting than that and it is not over in 5 minutes, this takes hours and hours for most people. Nope, birth is just a natural thing, with a lot of screaming, cursing and people coming in and out of the room, smell, slime and blood. Just a very natural thing.
Would I wanted to miss this ? Nope, not for anything.
