How?
Providing a new solution to the way in which homebuilding, home selling, and borrower financing are approached! We plan to achieve this by inviting you to join our crowfunding campaign with the PEX Token.
What are we doing?
First, we create a tenacious real estate process from beginning to end. Second, we offer better borrowing financing terms by means of positive incentives. This all adds up to distributing 80% of net profits every year to all token holders via the PEX-Token. We are going to execute our business model with a proof of concept in Panama, Central America.
