Ponzi schemes very often pay actual profit to their investors. They pay it to all of them... in FAKE money! They then issue withdrawals only if their real money pot allows it. And that real money pot is filled with the money of all the new investors who are drawn to the site because there is no proof of it being a ponzi... Untill it's too late..
