Steemit looks as promising to me today as it looked two years back when I heard about it for the very first time. It came to my sight all of a sudden through a video on Facebook from someone I was following and the first thing that came to my mind was, OK now I have got a way to make few bucks online.
The concept was pretty easy: you write content, you create value to users on Steemit and you get value for yourself in return. And my brain was just on one thing, how I will get to make few bucks and not about creating some value on platform. , a big mistake.
I started posting randomly whatever that came to my mind, at those time and still may be, the very first thing that you would share was your introduction on platform and so I did. It went straight horrible, that’s what you get when you have just money on mind and not how to get that thing done.
It didn’t end here, the next topic I chose was Bitcoin, trending topic at those time
So, I started looking around on google about what that thing was. I did my best and wrote a long blog post about the bitcoin. It was very amateur blog. Even that went well but I did got some appreciation.
So, the making quick and easy buck idea was not going well, so I left using Steemit and somehow I forgot about it until today.
Today after almost two years I came across Steemit all again through Facebook and tried giving it a try all again but this time to share something that would create value for people on Steemit platform. A lot have changed here sites looks much better and intuitive.
So, I tried to sign in, luckily I still had the document with my Steemit ID and password and I got in.
This is my story on how I got back and what I did in those two years, actually I learnt graphic designing completely on my own through tutorials and resources online and So far I have successfully done logo designed for many clients.
