Yesterday was an exiting time, I took it upon myself to sell 0.06 BTC, a small amount of what I have at the moment. I have never done this before so approached the whole process with extreme caution and skepticism. I made the sale on localbitcoins.com and it was surprisingly easy. So I'd recommend it to any other fellow UK crypto Noob.
Very simple layout, user friendly, nothing to complain about.
So with the excitement of what I thought would always be a preeminently pointless numbers on a screen (this being the number in my bitcoin wallet) I now had all of £500.00 appear in my bank account, exciting times.
So with my new found funds, I couldn't think of anything to better spend it on than my race entry fee for IRONMAN Hamburg 2018 (which is about 600.00 Euros).
So all in all, a pretty good day, first bitcoin sale DONE, and my place secured for my biggest day of the year in triathlon.
So now it's official, the pressure is on to attack my age category on the 29th of July.
This will be very different from my race and preparation for IRONMAN Wales in 2016, I am already 100x more prepared, in body mind and soul. My motivation isn' that of my former selfish self anymore I am gladdened to say.
