Will Gibraltar be the new Blockchain Center of the World?

A few days ago Gibraltar released their new regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies. The idea is to provide clarity to entice blockchain companies to move to Gibraltar.
I went to Gibraltar to check out the bitcoin scene there and chat to locals about cryptocurrency and what the government has planned.
