I am trying to find this out myself. I would think the allocation of Bitcoin Cash will come later and be measured on the amount of Bitcoin you held in your account at the time of the fork. This may be incorrect however. Only some exchanges are going to offer the new coin so you may want to check whether yours does as you may not get the free coins.
