As all of you know bitcoin halving is about to go down:
The last time this happened, price soared up to $ 1200 for a BTC and eventually dumped back to $200 - $400.
So whats the next alternative choice during the dump? Here are my choices:
1 - Ethereum
Ive been following ETH for quite sometime including loosing some investment in all the DAO fiasco and the following ETH dump. But even with all the negativity, ETH still remains the one to beat. Its got a solid foundation with probably the largest number of followers. Let everything settle down after HF or SF and things would be back up.
The future certainly looks good with all the ETH based cryptos that are coming up.
eg: Wings, BOARDROOM, ETHEREX and many more to come..
2 - Waves
This has been the probably the best run ico till date. Even though there were pumps and dumps lately, the future certain looks good for waves. If you take a look at the buy-sell charts, the sell orders are in very small numbers but the buy orders are huge. Once the applications come out, things will surely get interesting.
3 - Steem
Steemit.com have been a revelation with lots of users adopting it. The reward system has always been in existance, but the first with crypto payment is really exciting.
4 - Ripple
You cannot ignore the fact that ripple has made some historic leaps lately. Even though the price has been steady and still on the cheaper side, the fact that financial institutions have adopted ripple means this could be heavily used in the future. What makes more interesting is the fact that for every ripple transaction, a tiny amount of ripple is burned forever. So even though the total available supply is still huge, things could blast in near future.
5 - Storj/Sia
The service that Storj and Sia offers is a very niche one and one that has huge potential. Whoever that pulls ahead will win this space. Earning money by lending out extra storage space would definitely be appreciated by everyone.
