GDAX supports Segwit 2X, will suspend withdrawals if UASF activates

GDAX announced last night that in the event the UASF happens, it will temporarily halt deposits and withdrawals and could take further action.

Now that GDAX has said what it will do it is only a matter of time before other exchanges announce their plans. This could get very messy.
