Often I find it inspiring and at the same time mesmerizing to see the live transaction feed on the bitcoin blockchain. After watching it for some time you quickly learn there is a lot going on all the time. Almost every second transactions of 100 bitcoin (aprox. $250.000 as we speak) are made. Almost every couple of minutes various transactions of 500 bitcoin (~ $ 1.25 million) or even 1000 bitcoin (~ $ 2.5 Million) enter the ledger.
In day to day life these types of amounts are rarely made at ones, other then by banks, usually the come in pieces or instalments.
It makes me wonder..
