Personaly i agree with you, i think a market cap of about 600M is rechable with bitcoin about 12k or more.
For the altcoins i ll say that bitcoin dominace should be lowered, but not a lot because all the newcomers generaly buy bitcoin, but eventualy the alcoins will rise more i think.
