Bitconnect ends as most would expect. I mean what magical bot out there that's on the market gives you returns that Bitconnect can give? The top bot out there charges at least 1 Bitcoin, yes you heard it...with over $12000 you get one stinking bot that gives you option on strategies to pick and NO guarantees on your return although some do generate small returns.
BUT! You see, on a bull market even a dummy that has no experience in cryptocurrency will most likely generate a return. What distinguish the performance of one over another is if one can profit on a bear market. That will truly make any person, machine or bot special.
Whether you bought into this ponzi scheme Bitconnect was playing or not, I find it very interesting that the rage has bestowed upon the promoters. I think that's what makes this ponzi scheme truly powerful. While the owners are counting his or her Bitcoins, the rage will never get to them because the front runners of the Bitconnect party has always been the promoters. While this game ends, shouldn't people that are in Bitconnect myself included be upset at the founder of Bitconnect?
What I have found scary is the fact that even the top promoter would have gotten minimal profit compared to the owners of Bitconnect. Had my life savings been gone, you bet I fly out to UK and find that owner one way or another. Hating on promoters won't do you any good, believe me they are as in the dark as you are. The only stupid thing was that they ran after the dangling carrot at the forefront for the owners while owners are counting their cash laughing at these idiots for going to bat for them.
Now the new thing that I hear and see is the "hope" that the Bitconnect owners do something for the people. After they ran away with the money, do you honestly think "they" are credible? If you look at Bitpetitte and others like it, aren't they all singing similar songs?

If you've lost the game of Bitconnect and you didn't come out positive, jumping on the next one hoping you're an early promoter is quite foolish. If you're truly looking for gains, research heavily on new cryptos and you can make 10x or 20x on winners. Now if you stayed back with Bitconnect, how long would you think you'll hit that sort of return? Be smart, fellow comrades!
