Q3 2017 - Partial/full chinese crypto exchange ban which opens a possibility for decentralized exchanges.Hacker attacks, fraud and various issues that happened occasionally amplifies this trend. Bitshares is the best and most scallable DEX platform.
Q4 2017 - Inevitable November Bitcoin segwit/core split increases room for maneuver for promotion and wider adoption of LIGHTWAVE SPEED BITCOIN on Bitshares network.
Q4 2017 ? - HERO campaign will also accelerates Bitshares.
Q4 2017 - BITSPARK/UNDP pilot project in Tajicistan is game changer for remittance business. Central role will have announced bitTJS Tajicistan national currency Bitshares market pegged asset.
Q1 - Q2 2018 - Beginning of BITSPARK wide adoption of Bitshares market pegged assets with 180 worldwide national currencies.
Q2-Q3 2018 - Probably game changer EOS DAPP platform Bitshares migration.
From my point of view, it's time to buy and hold at least until Q2-Q3 2018.
