I want to copy the code of the openledger and build on it. How do I do it?

I want to start building things on bitshares network. I would like to essentially copy the openledger platform and build my own market on it. How do I do this? What do you reccommend I can do?

1. What programming software do I need?
2. Where can I just copy and paste the openledger code?
3. How do I integrate openledger type platform on Graphene?
4. What are some good resources for working with Graphene Blockchain?
