Touring Nafplio, Greece - With BITSHARES Style!!

I would have to describe the city of Nafplio as an Unexpected Beauty. There is nowhere that you can look without seeing and feeling how unique it. Nafpoli a massive castle which dominates the city and narrow streets bursting with cascading flowers.

Notice the fortress to the right of Hive account@michaelx. That is a fortified islet called Bourtzi. The Bourtzi was built in 1473 to protect the entrance to the harbor from Pirates.

The magnificent Palamidi Castle overlooking the city of Nafplio. We didn't have time to tour the castle, but that just means I have to go back to visit :)

Honestly, these photos do not do these streets justice, as this city has a unique vibe as well as beauty.
