In the past these Quonset huts were used for military housing. Now they make great housing for college students. My best guess is that each hut is approximately 40 feet long. They are divided in the middle, to make an apartment on each end.
The ingenuity is that the huts are kind of like a tin can. The owner literally cut a few flaps in the side of the building and inserted a window unit air conditioning or a window for light. A tiny porch overhang provides just enough room for a couple of chairs and a grill.
