This Week's Post was Titled : Four Qualities You Need To Become An Authority in Your Niche
In the post I talked about building an authority and why it was important on Steemit
I also explained the Four Qualities which breed Authority which includes :
Passion : Which is an undying love and patience towards what you do, this means that you have to talk about what you love
Confidence : If you do not believe in yourself, No one will. Confidence is important if you want to last long
Attentiveness: You have to listen to your audience and find out their needs, this will enable you serve them well and keep them engaged with what you do
Creativity: This is important and it is fueled by the three points above, Creativity needs passion, attentiveness and confidence to shine through
This is some feedback from some Steemians who read the post
said : Without a doubt you nailed it on its head. The seemingly most important one is passion which in the idea of Napoleon Hill he called desire.
Sheer passion or desire will take you as far as possible no matter the facing barrier.
Also on the part on not looking at other bigger blog, i wouldnt say it is entirely advisable. The thing about the bigger blogs is that it creates an avenue for mentorship, which aids to directing you on what you are doing well and what you are not.
Thanks bro for this work, i always look forward to reading your works. well done!
said : I have always found passion to make up for lacking of a lot of things in life.
When people can see and tell you have it they are often willing to help you help yourself. Little things that are not perfect get overlooked. People who also share in the same want to be around you.
It’s also contagious. It’s like a smile that spreads. People often can’t help but be inspired or moved in a way from it.
