Few international restaurants were selected as a first merchant of Adblockchain’s ecosystem including Yeti Restaurant, Delhi India, Lazzat Restaurant, Khan Indian, Potala Restaurant. UX research was conducted and as expected the minimalism and simplicity of the product was the key factor in quick learning pace of merchant’s staff. The only challenge some of the merchants faced was a concern to manage customer flow of multiple branches by only one administrator. In order to solve the issue Adblockchain’s team enhanced and diversified the subscription package according to merchants’ branch number in order to provide customized experience.
At the same time Adblockchain conducted identical research overseas and engaged in partnership with one of the large network of shopping and entertainment malls called Evraziya with more than 500 local merchant network.
