Interesting to learn about typerium.. I'd not yet.

There are already quite a few "steemit" like blockchain based social media websites out there though. Most recently ONO which plans to launch on EOS blockchain.

So far none of them have come close to competing with steemit. Sure it's not perfect... It never will be. Anything decentralized won't ever be perfect...however, it seems like it's somewhat better than a lot of the current systems in place IMO.
