Kayode Babarinde is the Lead Partner @KAYBABSConsult, a technology driven firm, executing Blockchain initiatives and partnerships via trainings, and researches, across Nigeria and globally.
My first experience with Blockchain was with Susanne Tarkowski (Chief Unicorn, BitNation), at the Liberty and Entrepreneurship Camp, Ghana. Since then, I have being on the vanguard of advocating the acceptance of Cryptocurrencies, and the adoption of decentralized technology across Nigeria. Part of my works include; Curator, CoinFest Nigeria; organizers of first Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Conference, Nigeria, West Africa; and a Tedx speaker on: "Blockchain: A Disruptive Technology Beyond Financial Inclusion" at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Currently, I am working on several projects across Africa, with the aim of increasing the adoption of Decentralized Technologies at all levels. Part of which is Cryset, Africa’s token asset management platform for Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies. (www.cryset.com)
