Sounds phonetically idiotic at first but...
These guys are on to something...
Perhaps singling out a deadly strain of E. coli such as the tainted spinach, a decade ago, that ripped through 26 states, killing three people and sickening more than 200.
This development will digitally track the movement of pork in China on a blockchain, also known as a distributed ledger.
This is an example of Hyperledger Fabric at work.
...From producers to processors to distributors to grocers—and finally, to consumers...
There will be a transaction record stained within their network like never before.
Consumers want TRANSPARENCY...this can lead to improved health for the greater good...
OF course...
...As long as we can keep transparency true to its definition.
At least this development offers a shared forum where companies could begin to see each others’ transactions and develop trust.
