It is important for entrepreneurs to understand people never buy products but buy benefits for instance, if customer buys a car because he needs something to commute with. So in the event that the car develop a major fault and has to be parked in his garage before the spares are sourced, would he be happy looking at the car? Certainly no. He would not because what he bought can no longer provide the benefits he sought during purchase
