Bitcoin rewards miners with a fresh batch of bitcoins which equals loads of money. How are "keepers of the ledger" incentivised in other cases, or even when the last bitcoin is mined? I'm in the very early stages of this rabbit hole so please use simple terminology if possible. Thanks!
