This post elaborates the 4th element of the Prosperism definition.
Balancing the "haves" with "needs" may sound like a socialistic agenda that Karl Marx popularized in his 1875 Critique of the Gotha Program:
"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" is a slogan popularized by Karl Marx. The Marxist slogan refers to free access and distribution of goods, capital and services on an assumption that such an arrangement will be made possible by the abundance of goods and services that a fully developed communist system will produce.
In contrast to socialism, in Prosperism, the needs of the needy are not met by forcing those who have, but by incentivized and equitable sharing.
Here's an example of equitable sharing that is according to the means that I myself have, and the need that a Steemian has. I created the following GIF banner for , because he had the need and I had the means in surplus.
