If you take the material that creates a hologram and smash it into pieces. It's nature is that each piece will contain not a fragmented picture or information of the whole, but a complete picture of the whole in each fragment. Is the Blockchain a kind of hologram? Where the information is decentralized and the whole of the information is not stored in one place like a hologram. And if some computers are destroyed or power goes out on a large scale in part of the world the information survives. Our brains work in very much the same way as a hologram.
