I am with you on insatiably curious about the Blockchain, i am in the same boat and see the possibilities that Blockchain tech will open up for us, world wide! No longer will one entity control the data flow, instead power will be shifted to the many.

From what i gather, you are talking about using Blockchain to monitor the supply chains, from producer to consumer and that is one of the biggest breakthrough right now, if im not mistaken i think IBM partnered with Maersk recently to trial this, which is great!

Another area, as you say, is within healthcare, i own my medical record, that is stored on the Blockchain. When i am sick, no matter where i currently am in the world, can give access to those records to the doctor i am seeing, knowing that the content has not and cannot be tampered with!
