I just wanted to make a quick post to answer some of the most common questions we're receiving lately from customers.

Pre-orders still being accepted

We've processed a large number of pre-orders as of this morning. But new ones are rapidly accumulating now.

New orders will not be filled before Thursday

BlockTrades is still accepting pre-orders for Steem delegations, but the queue to receive one is getting longer. As of the time of this post, it will be Thursday before we can fill any new orders that are placed (in other words, we can fill all existing pre-orders by Thursday). Below is a graph of SP returning to us this week and the current pre-order level:

Renewals not affected by pre-order queue

If you have an existing delegation, you can extend the period of the delegation when you receive your 2 day expiration warning or by logging into our site if you purchased it while logged in. You can extend the time period without waiting in the queue. But if you want to increase the amount of the delegation, you must purchase an additional delegation (and wait in the queue).
