Why do I need to be nearly bold-head?

My teacher keep insisting that I must have military short hair even that it have by law not been so for years, why does teachers stick to what they learned a thousand years ago and not educate themselves into the present.

This is me dressed up for my mother and fathers wedding.

This is me a couple of years old with normal hair.

And now I am forced to look like this

I can not understand it and my dad say he have not signed me up for military academy yet.
Please make a comment that I can show my teacher so he will stop this nonsense.
