Were you ever wondering, why your tweet is not show in the top tweet section, althougt your tweet is great and has a lot of engagement? Eventually you are doing something wrong! Follow these simpel steps for having top tweets again and again.
1. Check your Following-Followers Ratio
It's because Twitter (I always mean the algorithm) classifies accounts that are following many people but have much less followers as spam. So if you are following for example 5000 people but you only have 2000 followers you should start unfollowing them.
2. Use the right Hashtags
If people are searching for a hashtag but are ignoring your tweet because they are not interested in the content of your tweet it will also not be shown.
3. Give your Tweet some Text, not just a Picture
Twitter is looking for text ( hashtags aren't counting) in your tweets before ranking it as a top tweet. If you got tons of likes and retweets but aren't seen between the top tweets it probably is because text is missing.
