I'm a 35 years old male from Portugal and this is the first post about my road to recovery.

In the following days, weeks, months, I don't know, I will be posting about my background and the path that lead me to the present moment: depression, anxiety, drug cravings, existencial crisis... and my hope and will to get better and live fully now.
