[+] Increase you Fiber and Protein 📈
[+] Do high intensity resistance training for 7 to 10 mins 3 times a week. 🏋🏾♂️
This is the bags of protein chips I ate this morning 6 bags at 22 grams per bag is 132 grams of protein and I took my 7 grams of fiber already...
If you can't stick to the above model you can't be helped.
But if you can CONGRATULATIONS.. NEVER GIVE UP!!
