I am a proud dad today, (well I am always proud of my kids) but today I came home to find out some good news.

My daughter, my oldest has had her school report and it is

Amazing

I walked through my door stressed out and in need of some good news, my wife told me to go up stairs and see out daughter as she had some news for me.

I walked up the stairs thinking to myself what do I have to deal with now? as all it has seem like lately is more and more stressful things.

This amazing smile came from her, a smile that I have not seen in years as all she has had is stress herself.

"Dad" she said, "I've got all 1's and a couple of 2's".

Now this didn't mean anything to me at the time, I just said well done, gave her a kiss and a cuddle and came downstairs to find my had emailed me the report from school for me to read.

My daughter is doing so well, in fact she has upped her game so much that I need to praze her more for what she has done.

The structure of the report says 1's means that she is excelling in her lessons, 2's means she is above average.

I didn't need to read what 3's 4's and 5's mean as she didn't get any of them.

Well done is all I can say right now.
